Right now I'm leading a team of 3 designers in the Operations & Logistics team at Cazoo

In March 2021, after 8 years consulting for some of the world's largest companies and halfway through a global pandemic I took the decision to plunge into the world of design at a start-up.

I've never looked back.

At Cazoo, I lead an amazing team of 3 designers (soon to be 4) across 5 products. I form part of the Operations Leadership team, where I often work with teams to iterate on problems as well as line management responsibilities.
